Only Olive started from a simple frustration: why is it so hard to find condiments that taste amazing without all the junk? After one too many label checks full of seed oils, gums, preservatives, and added sugar, we finally did what anyone obsessed with flavor would do - we started making our own in our tiny NYC kitchen.

We went back to basics and built everything around one ingredient we trust and love: olive oil. It’s clean, nutrient-rich, and timeless. From there, we crafted bold, spoon-worthy condiments using real spices and simple, recognizable ingredients. No fillers. No shortcuts. Just big flavor made honestly.
